Mobizox_ Tablet

hi i got very serious pain in right side of my chest 2 hrs after the workout dont know why may be i dis-balance the rod while chest incline i guess, and my coach ask me to take mobizox, a hr after taking one tablet got relief but it again started the next morning, gym friends says its a very high dose a strong compo i should not take it ..what do you recommend?/
