Migraine Or What?
UpdatedI've been having headaches accompanied by nausea to the point of having to lay down with them. Is it time to contact my doctor?

Yes, it definitely is, anytime you experience a headache that is worse than one you've ever had, before, or causes you to experience new symptoms, you should have it checked out. The NIH lists other symptoms as possibly including visual auras.
Are you on any other medications? Have you ever experienced migraines in the past?
