Metolar Xr 50 + Losar 10 + Minipres 5mg

I USED TO TAKE STAMLO BETA ONCE DAILY FOR THE LAST 9 YEARS. SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BOUT OF HIGH PRESSURE SO DOCTOR PRESCRIBED METOLAR XR 50 (ONCE), AND LOSAR 10 (TWICE). ON FURTHER CHECKUP HE FOUND MY BP AS 160/90 SO HE ADDED MINIPRES 5. I AM SO CONFUSED. SHOULD I TAKE ALL THESE?
