I haven't found any results for "M 577". Did you mean to say M 357? This is the imprint found on a white oblong shaped pill. It is identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg); a combination of two types of pain medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain.
