What r the side effects of lipicure-80, if taken for a longer period?

Enjyoplast was done a month back.Lipicure-80 is 1 of the drug prescribed.This is the reason i wanted to know if there is any side effect if this medicine is taken for a longer period.LFOZY

I have been advised for Bye pass by some Drs.,while some have advised not go for it,till I have no symptoms, so I am quite confused. I am under the treatment of Dr. Ramesh Kapadia,Amdavad.Gujarat, India.I have been advised to take Lipicure-80,dailly one.I want to know its side effects at short & long time.I am 59,absolutely healthy.
