Light Blue Pill With Aa And C Inscribed

Trying to ID a pill which is light blue with AA on one side and C on other. What is it? I can’t find the box. Are they safe?

I have these too. I have been taking diazepam with "aa" on one side and "c" on the other. It's a small pale blue pill. It helps me relax but I have started worrying... They feel like diazepam.
