How long have you been taking it? Most medications require 4 to 6 weeks to reach their full effectiveness in the body and not all of them work for everyone that tries them, thus there is really no way to say whether or not this will change for you.
You can usually tell, when you've hit this point, because that is also when any side effects you're experiencing will be most severe, such as nausea, drowsiness and dizziness, then they will start to taper off in severity.
