Lefra 20 Mg Effects

my wife is advised lefra 20 mg medicine after she got examined anti acp positive.she took medicine for 1 week and now we wanted to plan for baby.
pl let me know, can we plan at this moment after taking medicine for 1 week.
2. can we plan as she is suffering from arthritis.will this not impact baby.
3. now, all joint pains stopped for last 10 days but severe backache has started.
