This is an generic brand of antacid, comparable to Tums.

Yes, pills marked with an L are mostly all over the counter medications made by LNK International. They make only over the counter drugs that are sold by many stores as generics or store brands.
I have two bottles with these in them, both the same thing and same markings, generic for Tums. One is the Eckerd brand and one the Wal-Mart generic.
