L-folinine Same As Folinine?

Hi,

My Doctor suggested me to take L-Folinine before planning for pregnancy.
I started taking tablet from Jan and stopped one month back.
Again started taking from today.

My question here is.
1. Is L-Folinine and Folinine both are same?
2. I read that we need to take 400mg but on L-Folining it is not mentioned the mg details.
3. Is it ok as I stopped for last one month.
