Just Moved To Ny From Fl

i just moved to long island ny from florida and i was seeing a dr for methadone thought when i got here ide get a dr to perscribe it for me but i cant an im missing work do to withdrawls i have no friends or help up here if any one can point me in the correct way i would be in big time det john cavallo 516-{edited for privacy}

Have you tried looking for a clinic? In some states, private doctors can only prescribe it strictly for pain treatments, because they aren't trained in its use for addiction and other conditions.
