Is Cypro Bc Safe?

Hi, I started giving my two and a half years daughter Cypriot BC 3 days ago because she has a lack of appetite. It seems to be working. However she seems to feel more drowsy than usual, which is a typical side effect as I read. I would like to know if it is safe to keep taking it and if so how long she should keep taking it.
