Is Dipirona A Narcotic?

I'm trying to find out about Dipirona, if it's a narcotic? I know it's used after surgery.

No, it is not. Many countries don't even use it, anymore, due to the evidence that was found of toxicity.

Its typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may also include nausea, dizziness and vomiting.

Dipirona is a brand name of the drug Metamizole [1]. Verwon is right that it is not a narcotic (opiate) drug. Here in the USA it is not currently available anymore.

"It remained available worldwide until the 1970s, when it was discovered that the drug carries a small risk of causing agranulocytosis, a potentially fatal condition." [1]
