I have found a number of white capsules with IN-25 on them.hat are they???

I found a clear capsule with white powder in it and no markings on it what is it.

clear capsule, no markings = powder placed into empty gelatine casings. Most likely crushed up party pills from NZ or mdma caps. Basically illicit drugs... u should take 1 and see what they do. I'm sure u wont die but feel free to throw them away instead.
