Can anyone help? My INR is at 4.0. I'm wondering if I should skip my Plavix dose along with my Warfarin. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much I should have thought of that. I'm new to this and I freak out when things go wrong. I am having a hard time staying in range. I will make that call right away. God bless, Mike
I'm not on Plavix but when my INR is that high my dr. has me hold the warfarin 1 or even 2 days. When in doubt I ALWAYS call Walgreens pharmacists, they always give me good advice until I can check in with my doctor.
