How Long Does Diazepam Stay In Your System

I took 130 mgs.over a two day period should 10 days be enough .i weigh 185 pds male with a moderate metabolism.

The half life of Diazepam (active ingredient in Valium) is between 20-100 hours, depending on the number of doses taken and the amount of the dose. This wide spectrum half life makes the length of time that Diazepam is in your system vary significantly.

A single use of Diazepam can remain in your system for up to 7-10 days. Anything there-after is noted to take anywhere from 1-6 wks; a pretty ridiculous time frame in my opinion.
