Having Ckd And Bp
Updatedhi, i am 36 male, have kidney disease (CKD2)& BP. My creatine level is 1.6/1.7, blood urea near 35,uric acid near 6 & potesium near 4.0 with other renal tests. Hemoglobin near 13.5
For this the medicine prescribed as below
1) Lasix 20 mg (1-0-0)
2) TELMA 40(1-0-0),
3) TELMA 20 (0-0-1)
4) amlogard 2.5 (0-1-0)
5) febuget 40(0-0-1) (A/d) (( for uric acide alternate day))
In past my patassium was increased > 6 but that time diet was not followed. Now with relatively low protein+low potassium diet
My question is whether above medicines are safe in a long term, as I heared TELMA is generaly having tendency to increase potassium levels. appreciate your reply on this.Many thanks
