Fake Real Etc
UpdatedCipla is a well respected company. If Cipla claims 10mg I would expect them to be 10mg. There are fake diazepams out there, I do not know if Cipla are faked (but they probably are) but I suspect most Roche Diazepam is fake since Roche no longer manufacture it AFAIK. However fake does not always equal bad or ineffective. Fake drugs can be clean or dirty or underdosed or overdosed or devoid of active compound or even contain a different though similar active compound. I have had fake Roche Diazepam that has felt far more potent than the real thing. It's a jungle out there!
