Ecosprin For Hypertensition

Hello doctor. I am taking medicines for Hyper tension, ie: Prolomet, Olmezest and Rozavel. Some time i feel uncomfortable in my chest. Can i take Ecosprin ? Is it any side effects with Olmezest ?. Thank you.
