Evion+aloe Vera Gel

I am 19 years old and I am having some skin problems like some dark spots, discoloration, my forhead complexion is quite dark, so I have been using evion 200 mg capsules topically on my face for the last 2days though I am having some, not too much facial hair, will it effect my growth of facial hair... And my 2nd ques is that can I use mixing evion 200 mg and aloe vera gel over night to my face?
