Duphaston Tablet

Hi, I have hypothyroidism and irregular periods. This month I have taken duphaston tablet for 5 days (2 tablets per day). But even 6 days after stopping the last pill I haven't got my periods. What should I do? Should I wait or start taking the primolut n tablet?
