Dry Throat & Month

I was diagnosed with acid reflux & placed on 6 months treatment of Altosec 10ml, over the past two months my throat & mount had been drying up causing me to drink lot of water & this gets better when I eat something, the dry throat & month is really uncomfortable at times if I don't pay attention to it I get dizzy & weak, lastly I've been getting a slight pain on the sides of my stomach - feels like my kidneys are uncomfortable. What could be the cause. of this conditions?
