I am 62, I started using C 5 mg, daily for one week with no improvement. I called my doctor and he advised to increase to 10 mg to see the effect. I did but still no change. Curious if anyone else is experiencing this. Obviously I am getting an erection much more quickly and frequently, but I'm noticing I can stay hard for a very long time even with minimal stimulation. With my gf, easily an hour if I don't try to orgasm... you know, switch positions, etc. On my own, I've hit 2 hours before I just needed a release. I could have gone longer. My gf is LOVING this and it's certainly doing wonders for my self esteem. Anyone else?

had the side effects of swollen tongue. I am 47 and have been taking 60mg of Cymbalta for years. I have no problem getting an erection but find it very difficult to ejaculate other than through manual stimulation. Hi all, I've just started using Cialis 5mg daily for ED, which works fairly well. I buy the 20mg table and cut it in quarters, at a huge savings, but often it's difficult to cut exact. Can this be an issue, where I may get 4 mg one day and 6 the next? The half life is 17hr so I don't see much of an issue. Also, occasionally, it doesn't work really well and I can only stay hard long enough at times. I can work the hardness back up but a PITA. I have been on Cialis daily 5mg mainly for BPH for about two (2) months and it has definitely helped. I have also enjoyed the added bonus of assisting me with ED. Tanish orange pill marked 20... no letters on either side of the pill just the number 20 on one side ## @jr, Depending on where you got it from, part of me wonders if this could be a "knock off" version of Cialis 20mgs - which is an orange teardrop shaped pill marked with "C20" on one side and blank on the other. Cialis (tadalafil) is marketed for its use in treating ED. So if this is what you may have originally purchased the tablet for, my intuition says that this is most likely a counterfeit of the real one, that is made by Eli Lilly and Company. Does anyone else recognize this tablet as being something different?
