Can You Cut A Pill With No Score
UpdatedI have a 40 mg pill of Viibryd and there is no score on it can it be cut in half for 20 mgs?

Hi Judy,
My general rule of thumb is that a pill can be cut in half (even with no score line) as long as it's not an extended-release tablet; more over because I'm not sure as to how cutting it will have an effect on it's extended release properties.
If I were in your shoes, I'd still feel comfortable cutting it in half taking into consideration the details mentioned above.
