Has anyone found out where to get B.G.O. from? My mom used it my whole life. Now I would like some for my family. Please let me know if you have creditable information on where I can purchase this.

My family used BGO for over 40 years. Wonder ointment!! Even used on our pets. Please provide information on where I can purchase it by mail as I now live in Chicago.

I could not find BGO anywhere and a local drugstore sold me Resinol. It is very similar in color and consistency, but I’m not sure if the ingredients are the same. It may not be BGO, but it is a good product.

The pharmacist at my local compounding pharmacy was able to find the formula for BGO and my holistic doctor was happy to write the prescription for it. It is an amazing all purpose salve that will prevent a burn from blistering.
