It shouldn't, because unlike swallowing a medication, it isn't being processed through your stomach, so it has no effect on stomach acid.

So I actually have this issue from the buprenorphine sublingual. It's not an ulcer issue but a drug issue. I get the whole yucky tummy experience from it and noticed when my dose is higher it's worse. Only thing that helps is alkaseltzer. That sick stuff! Hope it helps!!
