Blue Pill Marked C25

I had a friend over, she had a light blue pill marked C25. She said she did not know what it was when I asked about it. What is this pill for?

Despite going through all the threads asking or discussing the C25 blue capletthere is no answer anywhere. I just found several of them in my office. Do not know where they come from.
