I want to know the Process & Complete formula of making Black Phenyle. I know it is primarily pine oil but need to know what the other ingredients are and how to combine and manufacture them together for the final product.

Take 1 part TRO and 3 parts Pine Oil. Mix together thoroughly. This gives Black Phenyl. Using a good quality TRO can give you as much as 1:5 Ratio instead of usual 1:3. To make white Phenyl take 1 part of Black Phenyle add 25-30 parts of water. The problem of separation in white phenyl which others are facing can be avoided by using good quality TRO. Please contact us for the same.

Dear Mr. Pradeep Kumar,
The problem of separation in white phenyle is due to quality of TRO. Using a good quality of TRO will give you 1:4 ratio of TRO to Pine Oil and also there will be no separation. Please contact us for that grade. Believe me its not at all costly.

Hi folks , I have already made investment to get these formulas , no need to pay further to anyone the formula for making white phenyle is : -
1 part TRO (Turkey Red Oil) : 3 Part Pine Oil
Mix the said chemicals for few minutes and afterwards add water according to the level of strongness you wanted , I dilute the said material with water 25 TIMES , I am in the said business from last 1 year and also making profits but one problem i am facing in this is the seperation of water and oil ,this seperation depends upon the quality of TRO and Pine OIL just search the said two chemicals on the internet or your nearby area or TILAK BAZAAR in new delhi . Some manufacturers also offer emulsifier to be added in pine oil and water but with these emulsifiers cost of final product goes to a high price so you won't be able to compete in the market also these emulsifier are patent product of respective manufacturer so you may also suffer monopoly limitation afterwards.
