Is this ok to put on my 3 months old face for a rash that wont go away

There really isn't much (if any) information available online regarding this medication's use with children. From what little I could gather, I did find a link to a clinical trial on the ointment, where trial participants had to be "age 12 or older" in order to be a part of the experiment (I'm not sure however if that is because it can't be used by individuals under a certain age for one reason or another):

That said, I think it would be best to get a certified answer from your child's primary care physician (or local pharmacy), since your child is so young.

Are there any precautions or administration guidelines on the packaging label?

i had 1 shot 1 week ago and I,m 40, active , overall healthy. Still the side effects for me where terrible the first week. starting now the second week, same shot I'm beginning to sleep with side effect like insommnia, fast hearth beating, and an array of neurological- muscle type disorders..serilusly doubting that I will get that second shot in another week, and can not imagine what it cloud be like for a child so small...consult with an specialist.
