This is DEFINITELY a product called Uri-Control, made by Heel, Inc. It is a homeopathic medication for the temporary relief of: minor urinary pain, urinary urgency, urinary incontinence. I know because I use this product and have the pills (BHI O M) and container.

Many of Heel's products contain this imprint. There is no way to know if its calming, urinary tract, or any of a number of their products. Not all of their products have this, but many do. It's homeopathic so it won't hurt you either way.
