Atorvastatin Causing Congestion And Throat Swelling
UpdatedAbout a month or so after starting 10mg of Atorvastatin I began to feel some congestion on the right side of my throat and the pill was sticking to that side of my throat and felt like it was tarting to dissolve there instead of continuing to move down my throat. I had to start taking applesauce to clear it. I have not had a problem before this and when I take larger gel capsule supplements they go down and do not stick. I am wondering if it is the Atorvastatin that has created this issue for the last 2 1/2 months? I went to see my throat doctor and some swelling was visible.
