Ambien, Water, Tongue
UpdatedAfter putting ambien under your tongue and it dissolves. What do I need to do now?

Ambien is not meant to be taken that way. It should be swallowed whole, with a full, 8 ounce, glass of water, immediately before going to bed.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, funny taste in mouth and next day hangover like effects.
Is there anything else I can help with?
