Alternative To Buscopan Co

I have been taking Buscopan Co for over 2 years now (only when needed) and have found in the last few months that it is no longer available in South Africa. I'm not sure if this is because it is really no longer available in the country or if every pharmacy I've tried (and I've literally tried hundreds) is out of stock of the product. Nobody is able to advise me of an alternative that is as effective as buscopan. Both my husband and I suffer with very intense stomach cramps (I thought I was having a heart attack the first time it happened and doctors have been unable to diagnose the problem).
Please can you help. What can we take as an alternative to Buscopan Co that is readily available in South Africa?
