front v back 58 and 82 suppose to be aldactone ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Spironolactone (100 mg). Spironolactone is used primarily to treat heart failure, ascites in patients with liver disease, low-renin hypertension, hypokalemia and Conn's syndrome. Round and White, had GG on top on line and 85 under. Nothing on back. ## Found In House, don't know what it is. ## it may be aldactone, i also have GG over a scored white pill with 85 on the bottom, i picked them up at a different pharmacy and put them in the same bottle as my aldactone [which says it all to me] ## Whims is correct, this tablet contains 25mgs of Spironolactone, a generic for Aldactone. This is a diuretic, commonly used to high blood pressure and heart failure. Common side effects include: nausea, dizziness, stomach bleeding and headache.
