2d Echo, Ecg, Pt Inr Results

I am a 65 yr old female, who has undergone aortic valve replacement in 2012 (Mechanical Valve has been placed). Since then i have been put on the medications: 1) Deplatt CV 2) Losar -H 3) Acitrom 2. Recently i have undergone 2D Echo, ECG and PT INR and the test results are as follows:

My doctor isnt really responding well to my questions, i did try second opinion from other doctors but i really want your all opinion about my condition. Please let me know what do you all think after going through these reports? Also suggest me what to do.
