What are the side effects of zyncet tablet on a one month old pregnant mother? ## Zyncet contains the activ ingredient Cetirizine, it is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergies and, sometimes, nausea and vomiting. The FDA lists this medication under pregnancy category B, which means they have not found it to cause any harm to the unborn baby, when a mother uses it.
