It is manufactured by Intas Pharma, under the tradename Hifenac. It is available in the India as a prescription-only drug, and is used for the relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. I Want to know about this tablet zerodol, is there any side effer ## This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory from India. So, they are different. The Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory properties, but the Serratiopeptidase is just believed to have some anti-inflammatory benefits. I got lower back muscle spasm .. I went to many doctors they gave me myoril Bt it doesn't help.. However the muscle spasm is recovered but I have pain in my inner thigh which is joining to the hip bone near pelvis .. Doctor gave me chymtol forte and zerodol th4 .. Will this help? ## There is practically no solution. However, take an MRI to understand the damage, if any, to the spine. Just take more rest and don’t lift any object.
