Does anyone know what this is ## I have found the same pill in my houSe I believe it may be winstrol but I'm still researching. ## I found a round light blue 20mg Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) pill that fits this exact same imprint. It has E|C on the front and 50 on the back. From what I've read, apparently these particular tablets have been discontinued and replaced by a new version. I don't know if the new version they speak of is now yellow instead of blue... or if it's related to what you found in any other way, but hopefully this can at least help provide an extra clue for further investigation. please be extremely careful with this medication. I took two last night approx an hour apart and about 2 hours later I had to go to the hospital for severe depressed breathing among other things. ## Hi Matt, Thanks for sharing the warning on this pill. I know every drug can effect each person differently, but this really sounds like it's not for anyone. I located the round yellow pill in description to be Nucynta tapentadol (50 mg). Tapentadol is a centrally acting analgesic; it has both opiod and non-opiod activities. This drug does have a high potential for abuse (although, I'm not sure who would want to abuse it after reading your post). It's good to hear that you made it out ok though! That must've been a huge scare. A lot of these pain medications can have the worst...

Yellow round pill ## med size round light yellow pill with W89 on one side and Wilshire on the other side ## From what I have been able to gather this appears to be a product manufactured by Wilshire Labs (Pvt) Limited in Pakistan. I am not 100% sure what the active ingredients are, but there is a good chance that they contain Acetaminophen 500 mg + Codeine 30 mg (generic for Tylenol No 3). Hope this helps! Can anyone else confirm this?
