Yellow Pill Apo H4

2 Topics Found

I found this pill in the back seat of my car and I'm totally baffled at where it came from and what it is... Any ideas? ## Another discussion thread here on this same topic has identified a yellow pill with APO H4 on it as 4mg Hydromorphone - A medication used for moderate to severe pain relief. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as made by APOTEX (based out of Canada) and the DIN (Drug Identification Number) is 02364131. I hope this helps!

in Canada what is small a small round white pill with APO on one side and H4 on the other side? ## Hello, Rob! How are you? Apotex Canada lists this as being a pale yellow tablet, which contains 4mgs of Hydromorphone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
