I have a pill i need to identify, it is dark yellow (mustard), oblong shaped and has 4 squares engraved into the pill on one side, there is no marking on the other side, it was prescribed the same time as a ferous Sulphate pill if that helps, i believe it is a vitamin of some kind but I cannot reember the name. ## I'm sorry, but that is a very vague imprint and I can't find anything in our prescription drug databases that match it. Is it possible that, even thought it was a prescription, it was something normally available over the counter? If so, that would explain why it can't be found. What is this pill, i found it on my floor of my appt. Its really big yellow oblong and says A707 on one side and nothin on the other. ## Hello, The closest match I can find is Rynatan (Chlorpheniramine/Phenylephrine) 9 mg / 25 mg; which is used in the treatment of hay fever; cold symptoms and belongs to the drug class upper respiratory combinations. Found in friend's son's drawer: small yellow oblong pill that was already broke in half. Break line was not even. On one side of the pill was an O and it was still possible to see the other edge near the break line, was part of a * or maybe an x. It's Excedrin migraine. Available over the counter. An innocent headache med. Still, I do not recommend taking it. ## Hi Amy, thanks for the heads up on the pill identification. I didn't notice anyone asking about it, but I would agree that there are other treatment options for a headache that don't necessarily require a pill or use acetaminophen/caffeine to combat tension.
