Suppose to be Xanax, but have taken 4 & can't tell. Normally two .5 mg. Put me to sleep! Just wondering, but is the medication not doing it's job? Maybe you should talk to your doctor about other alternatives. I've heard good things about Lexapro; but from personal experience, a good natural alternative I would recommend is St. John's Wort in combination with 5 HTP.
