Yes, these are the weakest Xanax on the market but some people will actually feel the and they could work for anxiety/time zone as indicated, m so there is no reason for a doctor to start someone off on higher doses when smaller ones could suffice. I jus filled my rx of xanax 1mg tabs. I got the green footballs with the S 902 on them. I don't know if it's just me, but these do not seem as strong as the blue footballs. One other side affect is sticky fingers. I have a friend who takes them. Known her all my life. She started stealing when the doctor prescribed these to her. Most people are not familiar with the dark blue football Xanax (2089 v on one side and score on the other) but that is the kind I get every time. It is just based off what company the pharmacy uses. I personally think that they are better than the others but that is just my personal preference. Went to pharm. today to complain that green oval 1mg Xanax did not have the effect that the round blue ones had. They changed mine last week. I called them about the problem and asked them if anyone else had a problem. They said yes and would get their reg. blue brand in by today. I got a weeks supply last week and a 30 day supply from Dr. today. Went to get it filled and they weren't getting in new ones until Thurs noon. They gave me a few of greens to get me thru. I am on the 14th day of prozac 20 mg. Have Major panic attacks, anixety attacks and of course depression. I use to be on zoloft 50 mg and even up to 100 mg but stopped working for me. I have tried herbal remedies and end result was digging myself deeper with my panics. So I started to take xanax 0.25 mg 3 or 4 times a day so I can function and go to work. For your own verification, these particular bars are reported to be approximately 14.00 mm in size and should carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2039. That said, are there any markings on the tablets? It is the markings that enable us to identify them. I am also not finding any purple tablets, but there are several blue, oval tablets, some of the markings include: G 3721, 1mg GG 258, 1mg 2089 V, 1mg BP 632, 1mg 605, 1mg and ALP 1 APO. Hi i just picked up my percription for zanex at a different pharmacy and they have a imprint of 1 1 on it i was wondering if anybody had anything to say about this type of brand. ## Caraco pharmaceuticals does make the generic Xanax (a.k.a Alprazolam). The specific imprint you have listed describes the generic 2 mg tablets. It seems that they only started making this in the past 5 years or so, but I could be wrong. Qualitest are just as good as Sandoz and Mylan doesn't come close....That being said, Greenstone are better but my second choice is definitely the 2089V's.... ## It seems like most people here on the site are preferring similar brands to what you mentioned. This tablet is manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 40mgs of Citalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes. It can also help some people with anxiety. I doubt, however, that it will help much with Xanax withdrawals and, when stopping it, you have to be careful not to stop cold turkey, if you've been taking it for a long time, because that can create the risk of seizures.
