I have some blue 1 mg alprazolam, generic for Xanax, pills that have the R031 on them. I am curious if there have been some reports about this generic I am prescribed and the pharmacy just recently switched over to these. I know they can vary slightly in the amount and their inactives are different, but this seems very strange. It's not helpful and it gives me a "dull" type of ongoing headache all day long. I jus filled my rx of xanax 1mg tabs. I got the green footballs with the S 902 on them. I don't know if it's just me, but these do not seem as strong as the blue footballs. I'm paranoid when I'm given a new pill that's supposed to be the same as I've taken before. The legal, U.S. generics are required by law to have some type of imprint on the tablet, to enable their identification. It is very rare to find one in the U.S. that has just a logo and no other letters or numbers, so it may be very hard to narrow down what exactly is in these tablets. That said, are there any markings on the tablets? It is the markings that enable us to identify them. I am also not finding any purple tablets, but there are several blue, oval tablets, some of the markings include: G 3721, 1mg GG 258, 1mg 2089 V, 1mg BP 632, 1mg 605, 1mg and ALP 1 APO.
