What happens if I drink wine with Cymbalta? I like my wine. ## Well it really depends on your dosage, your alcohol tolerance, your metabolism and etc. Cymbalta can cause drowsiness in some people and alcohol can intensify that effect. In some meds, alcohol can also affect the absorption rate in your body, making you get too much or too little of the necessary drug. However, as long as you aren't taking huge doses of the drug and getting drunk every day, you will probably not have any severe problems. If you are concerned, speak with your doctor or pharmacist first and they can provide you with more information.

can this be used when drinking wine or alchol and what are the side effects ## Thiospas contains the active ingredient Thiocolchicoside, which is a muscle relaxant and anti-inflammatory that also has analgesic properties. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headaches and drowsiness. Using alcohol with it can intensify these effects, making one drink equivalent to 2 and so on. Are there any other questions?

I will be going to many functions this week where there will be wine drinking. I have just started taking nitrofur-macr for the next 3 days. Could I drink a glass of light wine? ## It's not really advisable, since the alcohol can cause aggravation of the side effects, such as making the nausea, dizziness and diarrhea much worse than usual. Are there any other questions?

I am taking the antibiotic suflameth/trimethoprim. Can a have a couple glasses of wine with dinner? ## It is generally not advised, because it can cause a worsening of the side effects, so you could find yourself dealing with severe nausea, diarrhea, dizziness and etc. It's basically taking one drink and making seem as if you'd drunk two instead and so on and since the effects of the antibiotic will still be in your system, some issues may linger for a day, or two afterwards. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I am not having any side effects. I was curious if the wine would interfere in any way with the positive effects of the antibiotic. I had two glasses of red wine last night and had no adverse reactions. ## On antibiotics and an still have 2 five ounce glasses of Re...

Everyone seems to Find it hard to get seconal, but i just went to my GP and said i would Like these for sleeping, and they prescribed me 6 months of them 100mg. Avoid even a glass of wine with these OMG! ## Many of these types of medications have some potentially serious interactions with alcohol in general, so I can certainly understand why they recommend avoiding it at all costs, for your own safety. From what I could gather, this medication possesses anaesthetic, anticonvulsant, sedative, and hypnotic properties (all in one); making it quite potent in that regard. Have you taken seconal in the past with any success? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Seconal Details I hope this info helps! ## Got any idea if doctors in the US will prescribe it? ## Used second and tuin...

I'm seeing "none" and "never". But tell me the truth. With 2.5 mg Percocet every eight hours, is a glass of wine dangerous? Is it dangerous to drive? What about if I was taking it every 12 hours? I am almost ten weeks post op on a pretty major back surgery (fused two discs, I've got quite an apparatus back there). ## Yes, it is always risky, and they should not be combined. Alcohol and opiates both depress the central nervous system, that's why they can cause a high/buzzed feeling, as well as drowsiness, dizziness, and sedation, as side effects, and when you combine more than one of these substances, this can potentiate these side effects, making them much more severe than usual. Thus, you could end up dozing off inappropriately, blacking out, experience seve...
