There are allergy medications such as Zyrtec that contain Cetirizine and other cough medications that contains Phenylephrine and Paracetamol- However I've read that it isn't safe to mix an anti-allergen like Cetirizine with cough/cold medications. Wikoryl (an Indian brand medicine for cough& Cold). Is there any medicine equivalent in US with the same formulation. I live in Bangalore. I have been suffering from chronic pharyngitis and laringitise. So far I have take five courses of antibiotics no results. Doctor says this could be due to certain allergy. However, the medicine for allergy also had very little effect. I am not sure on the further course of action. I would welcome your suggestions on this.
