White capsule with KVC on one side and 1000 on the other ## Hi Cenic, The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white capsule-shaped/oblong pill marked with "KOS" on one side and "1000" on the other. This pill is identified as Niaspan ER 1000 mg; used in the treatment of high cholesterol, niacin deficiency, and more. Manufacturer: Kos Pharmaceuticals Does this sound like a possible match considering that the imprint isn't far off? ## Kind of, however the part where I run into problems is that the imprint says KVC very clearly. I found it in my room and am curious due to the fact I don't take any medicine. ## It's a vitamin C pill. Nothing to worry about. They're very popular in South Korea. ...

Small White Round Pill T on one side 25 on other

I found this pill in my son's room. it is a small round pill with a capital T on one side and 25 on the other. ## A white round pill imprinted with T 25 is identified as Tarceva (25 mg). However, I cannot locate a photo of the pill to confirm whether or not the "T" and "25" are on the same side of the tablet, so this may not be 100% accurate in that regard. Tarceva (Erlotinib) is prescribed for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer; pancreatic cancer; and renal cell carcinoma. After looking at other similar Tarceva pill images with different imprints (such as T 20), I can see that the imprints of "those pills" are both on the same side of the pill, which gives me a hunch that this may not be your pill. At this point, it's good to narrow down possible re... ...

after refill of the above, they do not seem to work the same way they did for treatment of my high blood pressure. The pill has the number 832 with a triangle and another triangle inside that one on the border, which appears above the number. The pill is round and white, scored on the side opposite the side on which the number appears. There is no mg amount listed on the pill. I want to be certain the pill matches the prescription. ## Yes, the tablet does contain 100mgs of extended release Metoprolol. However, there are 2 possibilities which could explain the problem. One could be related to how long you've been taking the same dosage. If you've been taking it for a long time, you're body may just be used to it and you may require a dosage adjustment. The other could be due ... ...

It doesn't say ## @Lety, Without a lab analysis there's really no honest way to identify something that doesn't carry an imprint. For that reason alone I can't provide you with a picture of a white oval pill and even remotely suggest that it could be tramadol. Secondly, if your tramadol pill and prescription bottle are not properly labeled, then that tells me they are counterfeit (and could literally contain anything from A to Z). I have white coat and anxiety. My doctor has had me on Metoprolol 100mg succinate once a day and just switched me to 100mg tartrate twice a day since my BP was high in his office. Is this dangerous or the dosage too high? Seems like a high dosage. ## Hello, Kera! How are you? What are your bp levels at other times? If it's really only high, when you're in the doctor's office, a medication isn't necessary. Even an ER won't treat for that, they will only do so if levels are dangerously elevated. As to the medication, it is actually safe in doses up to 450mgs a day. ## I take Lisinopril 10 mg a day and Metoprolol 100 mg at night. My blood pressure is still elevated around 150s/90s.
