Ha, whoever said Mallinckrodt is better than Qualitest is badly mistaken....The 10mg/325 Norcos by Qualitest are some of the best going....Mallies give people headaches.....I'd give about .50 cents for a 5mg one..... ## The differences people are noticing across one manufacturer to another vary based on so many different factors (i.e. tolerance, age, weight, metabolism, digestive health, mentality, body chemistry, etc) that there is virtually no way to disprove someone's own reasoning / opinion as to why they feel the way they do about one tablet working better or worse than the other. So my thoughts are that whoever said "Mallinckrodt is better than Qualitest" was solely speaking relative to what works for their own body chemistry. I think body chemistry plays a huge ro...

What are these? White pill, no orange specs / white only, football shaped. It has WATSON imprinted on top and 3203 right under a break line and it's scored in the center on the other side. I was told it's Percocet. Is that wrong or right? I just want to know what they are. ## Hi, Larry! How are you? No, these are not Percocet or a generic for it. They contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so they are a generic for Vicodin, Lortab, Norco and others. 2008 I have MS THE Orange 7.5's worked GREAT. Never had to double up. These white 7.5's ARE different! I've had 30 yrs exp with pain Meds ( non recreational) something's up!! Qualitest is worse! Mallankrodt ( hospital pharm) is the best for pain. That's my take. Watson was bought out and they're cutting corners and they're own cost at OUR EXPENSE. Again I'm not a Dr just a suffering patient because of you people who take these Meds for THE WRIN REASON I PERSONALLY WANT TO THANK YOY F UPS. ## I don't blame you for feeling the way you do about junkies. From my perspective though, it's really a mental disorder they have more than anything. They need to be encouraged to find some other means of treating their psychological addiction to these drugs rat...

What is the difference between the white and orange pill? My RX has switched to the white. I know it's cheaper so it would only make sense that there would be a reason. I also know that it effects me differently. I have noticed nausea and a lot of itching which seems to get worse after the third pill of the day. This means my evenings are very uncomfortable. It's like trading one evil for another. I have a lot of drug allergies so it could just be something small in the ingredients. I also do not tolerate many of the newer synthetic meds. Please advise. ## HI, Kelly! Sorry about the problem you're having. According to the manufacturer, they have only removed the dye from them, because some people were having problems due to being allergic or sensitive to it. However, going b...

Watson 3203 pill, white with orange specks. Never seen them before today. What are they? ## Orange specks? I've seen pictures of the WATSON 3203 tablets, and they've either been solid white or orange, but not with specks. According to the inscription you posted it should be a pain killer containing Hydrocodone 7.5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (basically a generic Norco). Now, the tablet with WATSON 3202 matches your color description more closely, and is in fact a similar drug containing the same amount of Acetaminophen, but with 5 mg of Hydrocodone instead of 7.5. NDC code 0591-3202. Can I ask which one is it that you are seeing?

I have a white pill here labeled WATSON 3203. The bottle also says 7.5/325 T. my question is this: I gave some back pain and a minor tooth ache. Ibuprofen never works. I know this is a hydrocodone/acetaminophen pill. Says it on the bottle. How much do I take? It's fairly small. I'm 5"7 and about 350lbs. I remember taking a Lortab a long time ago for pain but not sure as to what dosage it was. For this, do you recommend I take half now or the whole thing. ## Hello, Bamboo! How are you? Yes, to be specific it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You should never take more than prescribed,...

Hi I have a serious question to ask. I have been on Norco 10mg/3.25mg for a while now because I have chronic pain in my back. These pills that I take are yellow in color, and they help a great deal. However, I got my meds filled, and this time I got a white pill that reads on one side Watson 3203, and on the other side a straight line down the middle. This pill has the same mg as my yellow Norco do. Here is the question. Why does this pill not help my pain? What ingredient has been took out. of the white watson 10mg/3.25mg pill? I have read were other people are having the same issue as me. Plus this is not the first time I have got this watson 3203 white pill, and each time I do it does not help my pain and others pain! I hope after reading this people at the watson company may read my...

Is Watson discontinuing the 7.5-325 pill ## WATSON 3203 is identified as Acetaminophen 325mg + Hydrocodone bitartrate 7.5mg. From what I could gather, Watson's website still lists this medication on their product page. However the color is different than what you described. So I do believe they stopped making the orange one. Watson 3203 is now a white oblong/oval pill with the following National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-2605. The dosage does remain the same though. I have in my hand two narco tablets which both look alike in size and shape one is a 7.5 mg and the other a 10 mg both are white and made by Watson the only way to tell the difference is the 7.5 mg has imprinted on it Watson 3203 and the 10 mg has Watson 853. My question is why in the hell would a pharmaceutical company make these pills look so much alike are they not afraid of mixups? If you check it out you will see why I am upset about this since they stopped putting the color onto these pills its hard to tell the difference. Someone is going to get a mix up and probably either over dose or not get enough medication for there pain. ## Hello, Jeff! How are you?
