Found a small white round pill that has a three dimensional circled P on it so that the P looks raised. That is printed above a 10. Nothing on the other side and no other marks or scoring. No other colors. I've check many other sites. With no luck. The closest I've found was a google images picture of an orange pill that had the same P on it and when I tried to connect to the link there wasn't anything helpful there. ## @Jp, Based on your description, the closest match I found is one account of a small round white pill (unscored) with a "P" over "5" on one side and blank on the other. The source of its identity is reportedly "unconfirmed" but my findings suggest that it may be a 5mg Methadone tablet from Canada. Translating this to your post, that has...

What is this pill ## Hello, Vicky! How are you? Is the marking possibly ZC02 with all of them separated into different quadrants by score marks? If so, the tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Promethazine. The FDA lists this medication as being an antihistamine that's most commonly used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting.

solid white pill, almost 1/4" or just slightly higher with defined smooth sides - long oval pill approximately 3/4 inches long....the bottle top has the word Pain on it....can you tell me what this is? ## Hi Julie, Unfortunately, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?

I found this white pill with 7 tally marks about the size of an Altoid if not a bit bigger in my room. Used to have a room mate who was a druggie living with me, worried it might be dangerous. Getting rid of immediately, but curious on what she was trying to smuggle into my home.

looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## i found a white rather thick white oblong pill with no markings on either side. it is smooth. I was just wondering what it could be. ## Could be Tylenol 3.. not from USA, not regulated by FDA ## Large off-white oblong thick pill with no marking or scoring. Can't identify. What might this be? ## Could it be a vitamin with no marks?

I found a white round pill. One side had 54 on the top half and the bottem half was broke but something was written with and 11 at the end. The back side was smooth, no marks at all. Please let me know what you think this is ## Without the completely imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what this is, with any precision. There are several possibilities. However, my best guess, and this is just a guess, is that it is an 8mg Buprenorphine tablet, since they are commonly diverted and sold illegally. The original marking on them is 54 411. It is a narcotic that is most commonly used to treat opiate addiction and cases of severe, chronic pain. Learn more: Does anyone else have a guess?

Has a m on one side and a 10 on other white round ## Hello, Kelly! How are you? There are actually several possibilities, depending on the details of the description, so can you please post back? Thank you! For example, if it has partial score marks over and under the 10, then it's manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 10mg Methylin tablet. It is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy, it carries the risk of being habit forming, according to the FDA warning and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia and weight loss.

I need to know what that pill is too! Did you find out?? ## Hello, John! How are you? Is the marking possibly CPC? Can you please double check? It's the logo used by Contract Pharmacal Corp, they make various over the counter products. For example their 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, is round, white, has CPC over a score line and 546 below the score. Does this match the tablet in question? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. ## I'm pretty positive it's not CPC. It has a swirled design over the whole front side of the pill and a quarter scored marks on the other side.
