small white round pill with p over 10

Found a small white round pill that has a three dimensional circled P on it so that the P looks raised. That is printed above a 10. Nothing on the other side and no other marks or scoring. No other colors. I've check many other sites. With no luck. The closest I've found was a google images picture of an orange pill that had the same P on it and when I tried to connect to the link there wasn't anything helpful there. ## @Jp, Based on your description, the closest match I found is one account of a small round white pill (unscored) with a "P" over "5" on one side and blank on the other. The source of its identity is reportedly "unconfirmed" but my findings suggest that it may be a 5mg Methadone tablet from Canada. Translating this to your post, that has... ...

solid white pill, almost 1/4" or just slightly higher with defined smooth sides - long oval pill approximately 3/4 inches long....the bottle top has the word Pain on it....can you tell me what this is? ## Hi Julie, Unfortunately, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills? ...

I found a white round pill. One side had 54 on the top half and the bottem half was broke but something was written with and 11 at the end. The back side was smooth, no marks at all. Please let me know what you think this is ## Without the completely imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what this is, with any precision. There are several possibilities. However, my best guess, and this is just a guess, is that it is an 8mg Buprenorphine tablet, since they are commonly diverted and sold illegally. The original marking on them is 54 411.
