This is a generic for Tylenol. It's not a narcotic and can be sold over the counter. ## Hi Sandy - The closest thing I can find to the pill which you are describing is Latuda 40mg, NDC code 51148-001. It's round and white with the imprint L over 40. Is this what you have? If not, then it could be possible that a similar pill exists for generic Acetaminophen since over the counter drugs don't always have to carry unique imprints the way that prescription medications do.

I have a round white pill one side it has L40 and the other side don't have nothing on it ## From what I'm finding, this is a 40mg Latuda tablet, which contains the active ingredient Lurasidone, it is an antipsychotic medication. I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. This one is called XS Pain Reliever Tablets, 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so a generic or store brand for Extra Strength Tylenol.

Pills marked with an L, followed by a set of numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter items that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. They make anything from generic versions of Tyelnol, Advil, and Benadryl as well as many others. This one marked L 405 is sold under the name XS Pain Reliever Tablets, nothing more than a generic extra strength version of Tylenol, so it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Most definitely NOT a Percocet.

Pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold in many countries as the generics and store brands. This one contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is the same as an Extra Strength Tylenol. What led you to believe it was Chlorzoxazone?
